Standard System Reports On a monthly basis, issue standard system reports such as Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Aging reports, etc.
1099 MISC Preparation Each January, preparation of the annual 1099-Misc and 1096 forms to be issued by your company. You are responsible for obtaining the information needed from vendors to prepare and issue 1099’s. This package does not include other 1099 forms that may be required by your company.
Annual Tax Package for Your CPA Prepare and forward to your CPA an annual tax package that includes a Profit & Loss statement, a Balance Sheet and General Ledger, copy of December bank reconciliation. Will work with your CPA and answer any questions they may have about your accounting file. Will record the final adjusting entries prepared by your CPA onto your accounting file.
